In the journey of preparation for childbirth, many women feel that there is a gap to be filled, there is a lack of connection between all the information received and something deeper, something of the body, of the spirit, something latent waiting to be activated, to be released.

This course is for those of you who are feeling like you need to go deeper into childbirth preparation with your expectant mothers.
It's for you who want to help them to awaken all her potential and her feminine strength for natural childbirth.
​

In this course you will learn exercises to complement your practice with pregnant women, awakening instincts and touching on the connection with the body for a natural birth.
You will discover how in just a few minutes of body practice it is possible to awaken a deep body connection between the pregnant woman and her body.
You will learn techniques for pain relief and muscle relaxation, to improve the baby's positioning and provide a more instinctive delivery.

Classes take place online and live by zoom.
There are 2 meetings lasting 3 hours,
